Please wait in the waiting areas until a Coach calls your class to the floor.
Staying off the floor during anouther class helps the Coach focus on the athletes in the class with a clear view.
Your Coach will instruct you when to grab your equipment and where to set up.
Everyone will have ample space. You can trust the Coach has a plan to make things flow well.
We clean our workout areas after each class; so please watch for any wet floors from the previous class.
Check your ego at the door. Your ego is not your amigo.
Lift and move with proper form. Follow scaling and modification guidance. Your safety is our concern.
Use equipment correctly and ask before trying movements and gear new to you.
Maintain awareness of others' space, bars, and moving weights/gear.
Wipe down the equipment/rig you used and mop up all chalk & sweat marks.
Return the equipment back to where you got it. We have a lot of toys and pride our housekeeping and order.
When class is over, you are welcome to stay as long as you want. Please stay clear of the main gym floor if another class is in session. Feel free to take advantage of the MAC area, the back room, or any of the waiting areas.
Report injuries or pain immediately. Do not push through sharp pain; this is your body giving you a red light!
